Who Runs Modular Engineering Reviews
An evidence desk for a claim-heavy market — published because the publisher's own firms kept meeting modular buyers holding paperwork that could not testify: approvals that named no program, drawings that named no revision, inspections that existed as adjectives. This property exists to publish the standard whole — the five receipts, the two ledgers of what review can and cannot establish, the audit any buyer can run — in the open, so a claim can be weighed deliberately, against any factory and any firm, ours included.
